Name of company/service: reliance
1) balance gets deduced over a period of 4 days-1st day Rs 15; 2nd day Rs. 17; and 4th day Rs. 7 for no reason and the customer care are not able to tell us when, where and why the money has been deducted.
2)despite of repeatedly calling at the RELIANCE customer care service, the complaint was not taken, the reason being given ‘the system is getting updated, plz call later’ OR ‘the system is down, plz call later’
3) after several attempts, only Rs. 15 have been refunded(because that was the only complaint they had registered and they denied registering the rest of the complaints because of the reasons mentioned above) out of the total sum of Rs. 41…
4) today, 17.03.13, again Rs. 15 have been deducted from the main balance. it was extremely difficult to convince the the customer care people to register the complaint. their reason for not registering the complaint being ‘the system is down and YOUR DATA IS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND’
5) As of now, the complaint for deduction of main balance of Rs. 17 and Rs. 7 is not even registered. This time the reason being given that the SYSTEM CANNOT TRACE TRANSACTIONS THAT HAVE TAKEN PLACE 3 OR LESS DAYS AGO.
6) hence, according to the Customer Care service providers, i cannot claim my money because their systems were a failure!!
