This is Amit Bose who had a talk with dishtv customer care (1860-180-3474) on 26th Feb-13 for a new connection. On request, on 3rd Mar-13 vide V.C no 01518701931 a new connection was done by M/s Bonney Enterprise ( 15/3 N.C.Mitra Road, Kolkata – 700028 / Ph no. – 033-32468072 , 033-32022021). while asking about the money (Rs 1849.00 which confirmed by dishtv customer care during telephonic on 3rd Mar-13) against the new connection they referred other person as collection agent.
On 3rd Mar-13 evening itself, a person namely Mr.Dipak ( Mobile no. 9609291092) started chasing the money. On 4th Mar-13 morning, Mr.Dipak came to undersigned office and collected Rs 1850.00 but while asking receipt against the said money, he confirmed non-availability of money receipt as well as contract document / connection detail. We can observe that only Rs 1400.00 is deposited against my connection and I am being asked through message to recharge Rs 380.00 to continue the connection after 22nd Mar-13. The whole episode referred to M/s Bonney Enterprise and Mr.Banik of M/s Bonney Enterprise talked to Mr.Dipak with a con-call and assured me about the settlement of the whole issue.
But as on 16th Mar-13 there is no sign to settle the matter even after written complaint to their customer care as well as their CEO Mr.Venkateish.
I want a settlement on my harassment at the earliest.
