Poor Sevice & Illegal balance deduction

hello Sir,
I have been using tata docomo from last three years.Their services is very poor.On 13/03/2013 11:45 hrs they has deducted Rs 49 from my main account balance.When i complaint to customer care they said that I had use some payable website link though i have Internet pack activated in my smart phone.As per them some pop up may come during the surfing which contain some message that it is payable website.But no pop up,no message even no notification was there.I told them why this happened as i have net pact activated so any web link i can surf otherwise give me the list of payable site.But i don’t get any satisfactory answers.Then after when i call customer care the pre recorded voice said that our all customer care executives are busy now.I tried to call them several times through out the day but all time is busy.I am very frustrated with this poor services.
