   I registered a complaint in Feb’13 in Idea customer care regarding the discrepancy in bill. I am using idea no-9891563666 since last one year and using Plan super power Rs.125 corporate plan. as per this plan , all CUG calls are free. but i have wrongly charged in the March 2013 Bill and April 2013 for CUG Call. in march i have wrongly charged Rs.132 and in April,2013 i have wrongly charged for Rs. 159. i have registered complain many times through customer care and through mail also. but i did not get my amount adjusted. Every time when i called Customer care , they just re-registered my complain but not have not received any resolution till date for the same. I have called Idea cust. care several times, either the executives disconnected the call when i asked to talk with his senior Please look into the same at the earliest and solve this issue..
