I had given my clothes for laundry and they lost one of my new green leggings,branded one and its been 2 weeks now and they did not even bother to call me and update me as to what’s happening and if they have found it or sending it to the center or anything.Very irresponsible and no professionalism at all. every time i call either they say that the factory is on holiday or the person in charge is on leave. this is really very annoying.
