I have done the payment against TPAD to Pantel but not get delivery

Dear SIr,
My Name is Mukesh Joshi i am living in kolkata .i have booked T PAD online in Pantel Technologies website. then i have got the mail from Pantel Technologies side that your booking Reference Id is PENT00075128 then i have got another mail on 12th May 2012 in that they have attached the Challan copy& asked to deposited in PNB because they have TIE UP with this bank then i have deposit the amount of RS.3750 on 14th MAy 2012,after that i have called to there customer care & asked them to send me the confirmation mail regarding payment credited in their account they saying that we have got confirmation from BAnk on 19th May2012 then i have asked them that when i get my product they are always saying that with in 3 to 4 days. so many time i have given the mail to their customer care id [email protected] & [email protected] but till now i have not getted my product which i have booked & done the payments in the last week i ask them regarding my product dispatched or not then are saying that it is allready dispatched on Thursday you will get it delivered with 2 to 3 days but not getted . today i have call to their customer care again & asked them to provide the Doc Nnmber of the product dispatched in gati Courier they are saying that it is not updated in the system so we can’t provide you but we are saying that u wait for 3 to 4 days u will get delivered your product .so i request you to please help me that i should get my product which i have booked or my Money which i have deposited in their account .
