   Hi, I had also gone through the same sort of problem today saying that rs 99 has bee deducted and after calling airtel for many times i got feedback from airtel that they refunded the amount but i am not sure if they really do as i dint know the amount i had before that deduction happened. I guess seeing this continous probelm to different customer we all should get together to file a complain against airtel in consumer forum if this problem persist.

   Airtel deducted the balance amount whatever from my mobile balance account on the period of 30days gap for last four months in the time between 10pm to6am . I got a message “Thanks for downloading games from Airtel. You have been charged Rs 50.0.or some amount
   but i didnt downloaded any thing.I checcked my balance and came to know that not only my 50 rupees deducted but also total balance of rupees.I contacted customer care exequtive they returned me some amount in some times but not in full. last time they willnot repay the deducted amount. the last 2 compliants are

   i think the superiors will not take care for the compliants or the airtel has do this fraud.

   airtel sirf chor company hi nhi hai balki daku bhi hai…..maine rs 9 ka sms pack recharge kiya online….. paise chale gye or sms pack nhi mila….c.care mei complaint karne per ye log aapko hold kar ke thodi der mei disconnect kar dete hain……dobara phone karne pe apko automated voice msg milega k 121 self help try karo……..matlab ye chor log aapka no. automated IVRsystem mei daal denge……aap c.care se baat hi nhi kar paoge………iska ek hi illaj hai….zyada se zyada in choro ki complaint karo….AKOSHA mei….

   I Praveen a platinum Airtel customer using airtel numb:7760663115 and DigitalTv ID:3006158930 have a complaint regarding DigitalTv service, as on 18/10/2013 at 5pm i got a call from 9945119075 saying Horizon Airtel(call center) Bangalore providing a offer on ma DigitalTv which was inactive from 6-7months, provided offer is 1year subscription of south mega pack by recharging Rs1329 and same pack for 6month on recharging Rs640, Again same offer repeated from 3 different numbers provided below
   78298076686 at 5pm on 19/10/2013
   78298076696 at 13:20pm on 20/10/2013
   8197819648 at 14:57pm on 21/10/2013. as per offer i recharged on 21st oct at 6:45pm. Now from 3 days i did not get that offer and my present package it showing economy sport standard & validity upto 8/03/2014(5months). its fraud i want offer should be provided within 24hrs or else refund of amount to ma account immediately.

   i am jitendra Nahar i am using this network in last 8 years
   my complaint not solved
   this is very bad company
   the compaint is :- i am recharge internet pack with airtel website on regular process finaly recharge is not sucsecfull i am trying second time but but again un sucesfull finaly third time succesfull
   my credit card account show i am recharge in three times cut amount in three time
   i hop you understand my problem
   i want my amount
