I booked 5 tickets from Delhi to Udaipur from kingfisher airlines through web portal (PNR: JEDGFC, date of journey 17Nov2012).
When I called kingfisher customer care on 14 Oct 2012 they told me that they will not operate their flight on 17Nov2012 and advised for cancellation of my flight and also denied the adjustment of travel through different flight or carrier. Kingfisher customer care further promised that full refund will be processed in 7 working days online and gave the refund reference numbers. But later when I did not received the refund in 7 days, I again called KFA but they told that due to the payment gateway issue they will process the refund manually and that will take 14 working days more. After 14 working days when I called them again they told that it will take another 14 working days but I did not received refund and since after that kingfisher customer service is not reachable and even no one is available at their airport counter.
Kingfisher did a fraud with me and i am still waiting for my hardest earned money back into my pocket from kingfisher airline. Please help.
