I have requested disconnection of connection on last year somewhere around OCT-NOV 2012 as I was moving out of town. They delayed the disconnection process and later when I call they said they have reactivated the connection again on my request. But the fact is no body contacted me neither I have given any permission to reactivate the connection. Since I have left that place.
I filed 2 complains in regards to the same I am not having those complain numbers with me now.
• 1st complain: delay on disconnection of connection.
• 2nd complain: Without my knowledge the connection reactivated.
So at last after multiple calls from frontend team and backend team it was messy for a month.
I then got a call from a backend manager when I ask for escalation on the ticket. He consider the case and requested me to pay only the amount of Rs:1670/- of a month to close and settle.
I paid the same on 02-01-2013 at airtel customer care. Please find the BILL details:

I had a very BAD experience with AIRTEL after this mess. Now all of a sudden I got this email which is really shocking and annoying.
I tried to reach twice from my cell but it kept ringing no one respond.
Please advise what need to be done next. I really getting out of my patience now. I have been a happy premier customer of AIRTEL BROADBAND service from past 2.5 YEARS. BUT THIS THING HAS REALLY CHANGED MY IMPRESSION ON AIRTEL NOW.
I AM READY TO SPEAK,MEET ,TALK TO ANYONE AND ANYBODY who can really investigate on this issue to get the details and fix them. It’s really annoying. YOU tell me whom to meet to get this down.
