Dear Sir,
I have given my Micromax A70 for repair to Customer care Agartala,Tripura because touch screen was not properly working . My job sheet no was E020163-1212-2452197 dated 17/12/2012. They have taken Rs.200 from me as advance of that also. But after few days they have given another Job sheet no E020163-0113-2564339 dated 03/01/2013 and promised me to change touch screen panel within one week. They have taken my phone also and it is still laying in the coustomer care. But till date they are unable to give me my phone. Whenever I asked they said company has not send the screen panel to them. I have send earlier mails also to company regarding this and called coustomer care also. But they are unable to say any update.
On 11th March,2013 company replyed me that they would like to inform me that my case is closed from their end so request me to crosscheck with the service centre regarding the same.Again I have called service center,Agartala. But they replayed the same that company has not yet sent any parts of the mobile.
I am very disappointing regarding this matter, since I am suffering from the last three months. Please do the needful so that I can get I mobile phone in good condition as soon as possible
