Airtel Negative Approach

Location/place: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Name of company/service: Airtel

I have submitted a request in Airtel for conversion my Prepaid mobile no. to postpaid mobile no. on 17 Feb 2013. As per Airtel company representative committed that my post paid mobile no. will be activated in 72 hours after my address confirmation. All verification had done on 19 Feb 2013 and i had also got a message regarding for the same. But as on date 13/03/2013 nobody responding from Airtel company side. I have made lots of call to airtel customer care and also met several time to airtel center at Ganpati Plaza, jaipur but after all nobody giving a proper & satisfactory reply on this problem.
I t is not a professional & consumer favorable approach by Airtel company, so i request you to kindly take some action on the same.
