Sir/Madam,

This is in reference to the service which I have availed from your center in kolkata(Girish Park).The fact remains that I have been cheated and betrayed by your personnel in the aforesaid center.There are series of events which are responsible for the same.I took the laser treatment of my chin and neck area for Rs.15,000.As suggested by your so called councellor,the treatment would end up in seven sessions.Firstly, after payment I was told that I need to go to some other center (kankurgachi) for the treatment which is unfair as why I was not told before the payment.Every time I go to the other center I find that there is a communiaction gap between the two centers.For instance for the 1st session I was told by the other center that I don’t have the appointment on that day and I had to wait for one and half an hour.The treatment had been done by two diiferent person over there which again arose confusion among themselves about the area to be treated.Till the 5th session I was repeatedly telling them that the service is for both neck and chin but they did not agreed.In the 4th session when I complained them that still the growth of the hair is same ,the lady over there in turn increased the frequency to that extent that it burnt my skin(have the proof of the same).Till my last session still there was no clarity about the area to be treated.only two sessions are left.Moreover the fact is that still after 5th session the intensity of the growth is same as before the treatment.

Its the wastage of both time and money. It is very disappointing and I repent that why I took the service.Such kind of service is not expected from the brand like Vibes.The money is paid to vibes not to the employees of vibes.So why should the customer be penalysed because of the inefficient people over there.Even vibes as a group would not also like to create a wrong impression among their consumer forum.Any kind of result from the service whether positive or negative spreads through the word of mouth.

I am sure that the company would cooperate and support.I want the immediate course of action to be taken by the company.
