Wrong Bills comes again n again even the datacard is disconnected & wrong plan taken bydefault Bill Plan

ISSUE1-

Someone called Mr. Murali (his contact no:-9343167505) has provided me a datacard no-9341819684 in Jan’13.I had taken this datacard with IBM-Corporate plan of 5gb-Unlimited Download-with 600 rental.But when i got my 1st bill in Feb’13 it was showing Broadband-default connection plan.I called up Reliance customer care and they suggested me to contact the person who has provided me this datacard.When I called up Mr. Murali,he said the Reliance server is down and he will rectify it in back end once its up and will give me a call back,which unfortunately happened.Rather I called him in every 3-4 days gap to know the status but sometimes he didnot pick my call and sometimes said he is working on that and not to worry.Meantime I paid the Feb bill amount also.But this month again I got the bill with same Broadband plan connection of 2000(odd) bill amount.I tried to contact him several times but he doesnt pickup and once he picked up saying he is working on that.He suggested to complain in Nodal office also but they also couldnot help me out and ask for a Complaint No which Reliance customer care never registers for my issue.So I am trapped completely with false reliance people with false plans.

Please please please help me and get me Mar-13 bill with respect to my requested 5GB -IBM-Corporate plan otherwise I wont be able to pay the Mar’13 bill amount.

ISSUE2-

In last week of Dec-12 someone called Mr. Shiva (his contact no:-9342343012) had given me a Reliance datacard no-9342657076 from Manyata-IBM-FoodCourt but unfortunately after 7-10 days it was disconnected/deactivated due to address verification(I was available at home and my flat is on 2nd floor but as my owner keeps the gate locked at ground floor they didnt call me and left like that).Later after some 7-10 days later when I tried to use that datacard as it was not connecting called up Reliance customer care and that time came to know that it was disconnected/deactivated due to address verification.After 2 weeks Mr.Murali took all fresh documents from me from my Manyata office through one of his sub-ordinate and gave me the new number as in ISSUE1.i.e. 9341819684.
Problem with Reliance datacard no-9342657076 I am suffering with is that,I didnt use it for anyday and it was deactivated after a week or so,but still I am getting bills for this datacard since last 2 months.
