Kingfisher Airlines – Non-refund of Ticket Cost for Cancelled Flight

I had booked a flight from Delhi to Jabalpur, Flight No.IT-4375 and from Jabalpur to Delhi, Flight No
 IT-4375 for travel on 12th Nov 2012. The flight was subsequently cancelled due to the reasons know to common public. I got an email intimation from the Airlines on 1st Nov 2012. Since then till now the money has not been refunded back to my account. I have been trying to contact on their Customer Care numbers but no response. I also wrote couple of mails and calling them every 15 Days on this issue , I finally got one mail from Guest care team ([email protected]) on 31st Dec 12 , acknowledging the issue and assuring the refund at the earliest.
However till date there is no refund, Now the response from the from the Guest care team has also stopped.
