calculation mistake for my mobile postpaid bill

Location/place: bangalore

Name of company/service: airtel

my mobile number is 9901980222. i received postpaid bill and was charged rs.1074 but the actual bill is under Rs.700. there is a calculation mistake in the 3g data usage part. and also airtel has charged me for an international message even though my number does not have any International calling and messaging facility. i have registered a complaint with airtel and they have not yet solved the problem. they say that a person will call me but i have not yer received any call till now. please help me solve this peoblem
