motorola fraud service – do not buy

I do have Motorola handset model- Motorola fire xt 530,
Job sheet order number- IV/MO/12/01174

(customer care)Complaint number – 130227011039

This complaint is regarding the problem of my handset front camera, which is not working, and I had submitted it to authorized Motorola service centre(Pitam Pura. Delhi.)
As my handset is under warranty period and as per job sheet I had received from the service centre the date has been mention to deliver it with 7-10 days. Which has already passed on.
The service centre had asked me to wait for more 15 days,

Thus your customer care service had also not shown any proper communication for the complaint.
been into loss of monetary term because of the poor service.
i dont know, i will get back mine handset or not..

Company and there service centre are completely fraud.

    Dear Mr Akhil,

    After two month , i am getting free so that reached at authorized motorola service center with handset for below issue.

    My Feedback,

    The behavior of the staff is very uncomfortable.

    Knowledge of technical guys are also poor ( Even they don’t know about IP protection , water splashes etc….

    They take my mobile from me and formatted whole phone and after that they told me please check your problem solve , after checking i told them problem is still continue, so that they again take mobile and open out whole phone for 1 hrs and tell me that problem is now solved ( told me soldering done) and again i had check but problem was still continue ……………

    They again told me that we have to replaced its vibration motor so that u have to put down this piece here for a 10 days.

    I told him that 10 days i cant leave without mobile as i am very busy person , either you give ,me alternate price for calling or you can call me whenever you received vibration motor , i will immediately take a leave and reached to you at your service center.

    But they denied me that that can not possible that we are calling you after getting vibration motor of mobile.

    Sir, I am asking you is is MOTOROLA service center? Why i had purchased MOTO products because i can getting easy facility/prompt action in comparison of other local brand mobile during any emergency

    I had spent 17000 bucks for MOTO mobile but company cant maintained spare parts stoke of Rs 50 ( Vibration motor)

    They peoples dont understand premium customers problem( i am doing job so that very difficult to take leave and reached at service center ( cost of my one day leave + transportation = Rs 2500) who will give me?)).

    Very disappointed matter was that mobile is getting hang after open out and also heating so much , what they do i dont know but they not solved my problem and give me two new problem as a gift.

    Sir, Please help me in this regards so as my warrantee will be finished on 23-may-2018.

    I am MOTO product’s lover from the childhood but now i am getting very upset with the same.
