Net pack recharge payback

Location/place: phagwara,Punjab

Name of company/service: Airtel

They offered me a unlimited 2G net connection on recharge of Rs. 98 for 30 days. After i have recharged for the same amount on 19 feb 2013 they acknowledged me with a message for unlimited browsing for 1 month. Now as on 10 march 2013 they are withdrawing their services saying that the pack is for only 21 days and their was no such scheme and they havnt sent me any acknowledgement. I tried to have talk with them on the same matter for almost 4 times and they disconnected the call in between.
