the company on its own subscribes its users to various services and deducts amounts from their balance as service charge and when you go to the docomo office there personnel there doesnt have time for you and the tata docomo site also you cant file a complain and you are just left nowhere and you just dont know what to do and where to go, wish any one can help me out, worst experience using the tata docomo sim and this company talks of ethics, and their ethics lies in harassing their clients and customers
