bad service of service centers

Dear Sir/Madam
I bought a micromax A100 canvas on October 29,2012 .
after 3.5 months i started facing display and motherboard problem .After that I submitted my handset to service center located at thane name as mobile point. after i submit my phone they said we will repair your phone in 15 to 20 days , after 20 days when i called they said it will take 1 more weak to repair ,after 1 weak i called them that time also i got same answer call after 1 weak after 1 more weak they answered that they did not received parts from company and it will get repaired within 7 days . i call them to inquire about my handset but i was shocked after listening their response they again told me to wait for more 7 days. today is 43 days since i had submitted my handset to Service center but there is no response from service center and i am mentally harassed. I want to ask from company that if company cannot provide service to customers than why are they manufacturing micromax phones.A100 superphone launched in market 5 to 6 months ago and service centers are saying that company don’t have parts Please help me in this case Name – manish pitale , Job sheet no-SALMH027R5332 ,date of submition -25th jan 2013 , my mobile no. 9920603607
