Bajaj Finserv Unautharised Debit

Location/place: Hyderabad

Name of company/service: Bajaj Finserv Lending

I took a Worlpool Fridge and Philips LED from Reliance Banjara hills, Hyderabad. Bajaj gives a foreclosure option when ever the customer wants to close the loan.

I made a payment to close the loan accoint but Bajaj is still debiting the amount using ECS from my bank account.

I tried calling the customer care about the same and when I call the customer care, the IVR says that my user ID is not authorised for a phone support. I wrote a complaint regaarding the same to Bajaj and got no responce.

My Loan Account Numbers are as follows.

Philips TV: 4000CD00325768
WorlPool F: 4000CD00325767
Insurence : 400BAL00325769

Please Help.
