Threatening with Local mail id’s on Bill payments

Hi

I am writing this on one of the local people who have created local mail(gmail) and sending mail to threatening on bill payments. ( the people who sent me the mail are Mr Vinay and Miss Deepika)

The Situation is , we have requested for the disconnection of Reliance broadband service , for the same we got mail form reliance ( not from any other local mails) that the service has been deactivated , one of the local reliance people call me for the device collection , but they did not came for the collection . now after 6 months i got mail from Vinay and Deepika asking me to pay 3000 and to attend the local court ..they are sending mails from gmail , i have the proof that my billing will be stopped from Aug 12 2012 , but they have not visited my house for collecting the device ,that is their responsibility. Please suggest how to proceed on this , i wanted to teach lesson to these local guys.
