Order a product(twix chocolate) in 14th Feb, not yet delivered. Not responding in mail.

I have ordered a product online in indiaplaza. the order number is I14021300176. The price of the product was 1060, but after a discount 4 rupees my citibank account was debited 1056 rupees.

When i am calling even after 20mins call still waiting,asking to wait.

Please let me know what should i do.
