My name is Shivender Sharma. I want to share my Complaint against Spice Telicome.I bought my mobile having
model no. mi-350n. It was of 7850 rupees at that time (date-30.05.2012). There was problem in my mobile software
few days before so i went to you service center located in my city. (date-16.02.2012) . service center owner
told me that my mobile needs to send to service center located at Chandigarh for repair so i told him to do so.
after that over 1 weak on Wednesday Chandigarh service center return my mobile (date-27.03.2012) Hoshiarpur
service center owner open my mobile in front of me after that we both are shocked after see my mobile because
the touch of my mobile was totally broken and It was in excellent condition. Then Hoshiarpur service center again send my
mobile to Chandigarh service center for repair again today i talked on mobile with Chandigarh service center owner
and he told me that it will took around 2 weeks to repair my mobile. The behavior of service center owner
at Hoshiarpur was good and he gives good service for my mobile before also. but service of your Chandigarh service of back end team is worst. I have used my costly mobile of various company,s but no other company takes over 1 month for service and also
tuch of my mobile was in excellent condition. It was not broken. It seems that my mobile was miss used by someone because it was totally broken. Please take some action against this complaint Thanks.
