I gav my new 1mnth old for repair and they are nt returning its about one and half month since i gave them my tab

And today is 7th of march. . Whenevr i go and ask them about my tab they tel that it went for higher service wil take 10 days more . . N then i called delhi. . Its higher service center they are telling to wait a week frm last 2 weeks. . I got fed up and askd for my tab howevr it was. . Now they are not returning it. My no. Is 9122141205 plz help me.
