ME,MY FAMILY & FAMILY FRIENDS WE ALL HAD CONVERTED OUR NUMBER FROM AIRTEL(BHARTI) TO IDEA CELLUAR,WE CONVERTED 15 MOBILE NUMBERS & BOUGHT 5 NEW NUMBERS OF IDEA CELLUAR.THEY SAID US THAT THEY WILL GIVE US GOOD PLAN.I HAD CONVERTED IT ON NOVEMBER-DECEMBER 2012.

DETAILS-1.CUG FREE FOR ALL NUMBER IN GROUP.
2.300 MINS FREE.(LOCAL)
3.300 SMS FREE.
4.AFTER FREE 300 MINS,30 PAISE CALL RATE TO ANY MOBILE.
5.AFTER FREE 300 SMS,30 PAISE PER SMS.
6.50 PAISE TO LANDLINE.
7.50 PAISE STD.
8.credit limit-2500
They also said is they will give us 20 gifts for 20 numbers but no gift is received.
WE ARE COMPLAINING BUT STILL THEY ARE NOT LISTENING TO US.PLEASE SOLVE OUR PROBLEM.
From 3 months we are complaining but our problem is not getting solved and they are ignoring us.The name of gallery is vidharba infotech,ramdaspeth and owner is mr.prasant ugemuge and our service boy is mr.reynold
