Hi All,
This is like to informed you all that due to some technical issue my address was not complete updated , however, in entire Gurgaon citi only one UNITECH CYBER PARk ,only one HSBC building(as landmark already mention), My official floor and tower all details mentioned. Now rather than for confirm my complete my address as per a brand BLUE DART should call to customer and ask for landmark for anything which they required for delivered a packet.
Yesterday when i took initiative and asked for packet status with AWB number provided by bank . They advice me need to coordinate with bank they will update complete address internally . i called 3-4 times for same yesterday. Finally my bank confirmed that they have update addressed.
Today on 05th Mar , when i called to BLUE DART customer service number 011-66111234 , at 1307 hr an representative MR. Tarun Mandal answered my call , i provided my AWB number , the next revert from that agent “JUST NOW YOU CALLED , I SAID I DIDN’T, THEN HE REPLIED ALREADY YOU HAVE DONE 2-3 CALL FOR SAME AWB NUMBER. Also wave of talking so much rude and un-professional and treating just customer his slave “..I feel very bad and asked to transferred my call to another agent or any senior or responsible person .
Can any one confirmed, that this is right CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR SUCH BRAND NAME BLUE DART ,I DON’T THINK SO ..
If a customer calling in working hours and at paid number means he require help.
I will mark a mail to bank that no need to send my single paper with BLUE DART , also mail mail to all my colleagues ..
if any one wants more details so kindly coordinate me at below details .. IF MY BANK DOX WILL MISPLACE THEN I WILL NOT BE THE RESPONSIBLE FOR SAME BECAUSE I WANT TO TAKE FOLLOWUP MY PACKET, BUT NOT PROPER RESPONSE FROM BLUE DART COURIER COMPANY..
NEVER GO WITH BLUE DART …
