ON 07 FEB 2013 BSNL HAS DEDUCTED RS 30/- FROM MY MOBILE BALANCE FOR THE RENEWAL OF BSNL HELLO TUNES. FOR THAT THEY SEND ME A CONFIRMATION MESSAGE, WHICH WAS CONFIRMING THAT MY NEXT PAYMENT DATE WILL BE ON 09 MAR 2013. ON 04 MAR 2013 THEY AGAIN DEDUCTED RS 30/- ALONG WITH AN ADDITIONAL RS 12/- IN THE NAME OF HELLO TUNES. THESE DEDUCTIONS WERE BEFORE 05 DAYS OF SCHEDULE. THIS IS A CLEAR CASE OF CHEATING A CONSUMER. I CALLED UP THE BSNL CUSTOMER CARE AND THE REPRESENTATIVE WAS NOT ABLE TO SATISFY ME. I ASKED HIM TO CONNECT TO HIS SUPERVISOR THEN HE PUT ME ON HOLD AND THERE WAS NO RESPONSE.
