Im tata docomo user and my phone no is 9175300988. In the last 1 month a total of Rs.200 is being deducted from my balance. And the customer care agents say its because you activated by clicking the advertisement. I want to say why there is no authentication process for asking users whether they want to continue to subscribe for some scheme or not.The balance gets deducted within just a second. I m tired of calling customer care, i want solution to this problem along with my balance.
