My only suggestion is never buy any clothes from United Colors of Benetton. I had a bad experience in buying 1 jeans from Benetton. I thought it is a good brand and quality so bought the jeans for Rs. 2500/- form a Benetton store in Rourkela. When I asked them to shorten the length to suit me, the work done was very very bad. I refused to to take that jeans and asked them to change it. After a lot of argument they agreed to give me a new piece which I can probably get altered in some store in Chennai, my city. In Chennai, I gave it in a Benetton store in Express Avenue with strict instruction that they take the alteration work only if they can do it properly. But here also I got a very bad quality of work, with small stitches and double stitches and that too not in a straight line. My Rs. 2500/- jeans now looks like a roadside purchase. And since I had not purchased form this store they were not willing to look into my complaint. Infact even when I made this complaint to their head office Mr. Vinay Sharma.
