Reliance has by far the worst Customer care centre.. first of all No one picks up your call when you call at the customer care number “180030000009” then you call at 198 and they Ask you to dial some digit. This process goes on for like 10 min.. then finally when you reach customer service representative they say they are all busy and keeps you waiting for 2 hours… Of course you have your ow work so you leave trying after 2 hours and then try again the next day.. same story,, waiting for 2 hours.. 3rd day again waiting.. Some lucky day your call reach through and then they say we can only see records of last 3 days.. and so you let go of your amount charged and are determined to call them next month on time. Next month when you call them… Again after long wait.. they say you have to send some ***** sms to some ******* number and you think WTH why didnt they tell this last month? then you send sms and it says “Dear Subscriber, your request couldnot be procesed. Please try again. we regret the inconvinence. Reliance” So you keep trying again and again.. And you are already being charged. then you try calling 198 again and this time they say that your pack is already renewed so enjoy it for month and next month call again. But you try to complain and tell him that please register a complain and he says you will get a complain number via SMS but you never get one.. you try calling again after few days and lots of time is wasted then someone else picks your call and he says no such complains have bee made. You go angry and frustrated and ask him to register a complain regarding wrong information given by customer representative and this time you make are determined to make sure you get a complain number. But wait,, he says you cant register any such complain.. then you ask where to register it.. and after lot of arguements he says you can go to “nearest” reliance service centre. I stay in gandhinagar and hence I ask where is the nearest service centre he says go to ahmedabad.. Seriously???????? you think some one will go to ahmedabad just to go to reliance service centre? then again some day out of blue you are being charged lot of money.. you have no clue then a little investigation concludes that the GPRS pack which was valid till 30 days is now vlid till 10 days only.. and there is no such change mentioned on rcom site. you call 198 again and this time they say “we are very sorry you will not face any inconvinence further” but there is nothing you can do… you ask them how much MB did you use after you GPRS scheme got over and he says We can not provide you any such information. Then you have your won work to do so you leave it then some day again you are automatically subscribed to a caller tune. and you are charged again. you call 198 and deactivate it and again by noon you are charged for auto renewel. the same day you unsbscribe it you are charged for auto renewel. and no proper explaination is provided from customer representatives and you ask to register a complain they bluntly deny you.. that no such complains are taken.
