Uninor not refunded Money

Dear Sir,
I am Haresh Yadav from Mumbai , my complaint is that in my uninor sim card i have around 230 rupees balance and Last day when uninor services stopped in Mumbai i have recharge 49 rupees power recharge

SO Please help me to get my refund money
