Sir/Madam i ordered a videocon tv from timtara.com on 2nd jan 2013 for Rs 25450 which was not delivered to me on time. So on 28th jan 2013 i asked the customer care to cancel the order and refund all the amount as i didn’t get the product. Since that day i have been calling the company regularly for the refund or product but they are not listening. It has been 2 months and nothing has happened. Irequest you to please help me.
