Delay in delivery of AIrtel DTH by UNILET Appliances private limited

Name of company/service: Unilet Appliances Private Limited

I had purchased SONY/32″ Lcd Tv on 23-10-2011 and i was supposed to get Airtel DTH along with it.But only TV was delivered on time and DTH is not delivered till date.I have called the shopkeeper several times asking for the same..,his usual response is there is no stock.Its more than an year now and the response is same.So please help me with this to get the DTH delivered or to provide voucher worth the amount of DTH.
