disconnection problem

i rajat singal, using airtel dish at rohini with customer id 300953992 from last 10 months and i m facing disconnection problem from very first day.
you may check my complaint status that i did at customer care and mails i sent to them. their executive changed the setup box then after few days they changed the whole wiring but still i m facing the same problem.
i m very fad-up with their service.
i can’t use these type of third class service.
pls suggest me something.
