Name of company/service: Kanchan Bajaj, Ulhasnagar

I had an Installment pending for january month, and I missed it cause of late salary payment. I received many calls from andheri( bajaj finance) and A guy from them came and collected the money in cash. STill the payment is not reflecting. Also they have charged a fine for it 1100 rupees. I need help.
