Name of company/service: tata docomo
This is kaustav roy chowdhury, using the tata docomo as my mobile operator services. Tata docomo are deducting the money from my mobile account without my permission.they are sending the message that XYZ services has been activated and RS.xx is deducted from your account, this is not the way they should do the business…..and this is not the 1st time they are doing this and with me only many of my friend are also the victims of this incident.how can tata docomo deduct the mony from the mobile account without the permission of the owner.?????
please take some steps……….
