ON JAN 11 2013 i am tried to book aticket on redbus transaction was failed but my amount 800/- rs debited from my vijayabank account.
They are also confimed the same and given a reference No (The transaction Id is 15768119.)reference number is CCA13AADC659.
But still it has not been credited till today,
Every time i will ask for for my money
They are giving same ref nos and same ans.
Kindly do the needfull
