I had book for pilgrim for my mother from bangalore through Saughaat Tours International. It was a trip for 14 days. When we booked the tour people told us that the route will be from bangalore to mumbai to Jeddah through Air India flight and then from there by road to Mecca. But one day before the tour could start, we were told that the route will be through Air Arabia, bangalore to sharjah to yanbu and by road to madinah. we were in such a situation that we could not ask for refund as tickets and visas were booked. above all this, the tour person did not give us any itinerary for the trip. there was no schedule given nor the details regarding food facilities. my mother has above 65 years and she had to strave for 6 hours in sharjah airport due to waiting to board flight from sharjah to yanbu. Since i stay in Jeddah i met her in madhina and saw the rooms were not properly equipted for elderly people. the toilet had indian camord and there was no geyser to heat the water. I want to take some legal action against this tour operator and see that he does not cheat others. so please help me in this regard.
