idea cellular cheating

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: srinagar &lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: idea cellular </p>My idea cellular postpaid no 9906868192 was charged Rs 49 after activation of some unknown service (mega pack) . It was not activated by me and when i called customer care they said it was activated through internet. I asked them what is this service they could not answer me. They cheate every body like this every day .
