I enquired on company’s number 50505 about my special recharge and was informed through an automated system that a recharge of 300 Rs will give me talktime worth 330. The additional benefit would be added to my account in 4 hours. But I recieved only 265 Rs and the special recharge benefit was denied. I called up the customer care help line and they said that i was not eligible for the special recharge, i called up on 50505 again and it was still telling that Rs 300 will fetch me 330. I called up again on customer care and this time they told me that my additional benefit would be added to my account in a day due to slow server. 3 days passed and I called up again after not getting the benefit. They registered a complaint and on 25th feb I was told that i was not eligible for the benefit. I had recharged my fone on 15th feb 2013. What do i do now? I was not even sent any message from the company about what i heard on 50505 which tells about the special recharge. Please Help! It is not about Rs65, it is about ethics which is baffling me. I want to tell the IDEA Cellular that i have been cheated and I want my money back and an apology letter. Nothing less
