I have a account in bank and my firm was a partnership firm where I and my father were partners, after the death of my father, i am running the business and was to reform the deed, one day suddenly the bank blocked by account stating that you have to take a person as partner and we will not activate your account till then. Has HDFC Bank became High Court or Supreme court that it has to give such type of judgements. My Branch manager & Preferred manager had played a vital role in blocking the account. these people are acting as hitlers. I request to acivate my account ASAP or bank will have to face litigations and heavy penalties
