I took 899 postpaid connection in the month of dec 2012.According to the plan outgoing local -unlimited
outgoing national unlimited
SMS Local & National-unlimited
Roaming Charges(onnet)-Free.I have deposited 1000 in prior for this plan.I have printed brochure with me.But after taking the connection I was charged Approximately 600.Instead of 1150 they have charged me 1734 saying that SMS and roaming are not free.They have cheated me.I called customer care for more than 20 times and sent many mails but did n0t get any resolution.More than that they stopped outgoing service to my number.Indirectly they troubling me.Without any prior acknowledgement
