Myself Syed Mohamad Ahsan from Delhi-NCR have booked 3 tickets for DT Cinemas via portal Book my show on 22nd Feb’13 around 03.50 p.m with confirmation number 2348255. Within minutes of booking, I realized that I booked it for same day i;e 22nd Feb’13 instead of 23rd Feb’13. There was no provision to refund or cancel the bookings in the portal from where I’ve booked the tickets initially. I contacted immediately on help desk number of book my show 39895050 and even written to [email protected] to cancel my booking or postpone it for next day. To my surprise book my show executives refused to refund, cancel or postpone my bookings. I did tried to find out the reasons and requested them provide me contact details of DT cinemas, so that I can request them directly. They refused to share with me contact details of DT Cinemas due to confidentiality clause. I even requested them forward cancellation request to DT Cinemas on my behalf, but even this request was rejected. I was very disappointed, a portal which is permitted to book/collect money on behalf of service provider, refuses to cancel or refund same booking and even forward the request of consumer to service provider. I fail to understand, why should I pay for a service which I didn’t availed and that too informed them immediately after booking and much prior to starting of the show.
Need your support to get my refund for which I didn’t availed the services.
