Complaint Against New SIM mob no : 9773144501

Name of company/service: Loop mobile SIM

Hi,I have recently purchased a Loop Sim From the Near by retailer who sells all kind of SIM card, He asked me for Rupees 150/- and gave me SIM for M.R.P of rupees 5/- and told me that he will do recharge after the SIM gets activated.

Now after waiting for 2 weeks no recharge is done and if asked that retailer he is telling that recharge had been done already but no recharge reached on my number.

I would request your team to kindly help me regarding this case as this is not only me there would be many such who are made victim in same manner.
