Poorest Courier Service I have ever encountered

Name of company/service: Blazeflash Courier Service

My courier was dispatched from Roorkee on 11.02.13 (Ref. No. 299542818), which as per your online tracking service was received at Pune (destined city) on 14.2.13. With regretful experience of chosing Blazeflash, I want to say that my courier is yet not delivered.
I called Blazeflash Pune office on 18.2.13, and told that the receiver of the courier will be leaving Pune on 20th Feb, so kindly deliver it as soon as possible. He (the receiver) had been at his place for the next 2-3 days, so that he should not miss the parcel when it comes at his flat. For the next two days, he didn’t receive the courier. Even, Getting your call connected to Pune office was yet another impossible task. Try for 2 hours, and then only one can think of their call being connected. Though once connected you don’t get an appropriate answer as the lady attending the call talks as in she has been appointed for the job a day back. She actually doesn’t know anything about the courier. Yet she said the same thing for all three days that my courier is out for delivery. On the third day, She gave me the number of Delivery Boy, who was supposed to deliver the courier to my friend. After 3 calls when he finally attended my friend’s call, my friend explained his condition (that he’ll be leaving pune forever in few hours), so the delivery boy told that he’ll get back to him in 15 mins. Another hour went, and my friend called him more than 10 times, but he didn’t receive his call. Finally an hour before he had to leave the delivery boy rings him and tells that he isn’t carrying his courier, and He will talk to headoffice and revert. My friend called him few times before he left, but he didn’t hear from him. We are still waiting for his reply till date! And even after lodging a complaint there is no reply.
