Name of company/service: AIRTEL
I recharged my phone from the airtel website using net banking , i received the transaction id through sms and my account got debited with the recharge amount but the recharge did’nt happen.I registered a number of complaints at the airtel helpline(121) , but they kept on giving me new deadlines for the error to be solved.Kindly help me with this problem.
