I was trying to order SAMSUNG GALAXY S DUOS through Samsungindiastore.com on 2nd Jan 2013.
But due to some technical error in the website the order failed after the amount was deducted from my Credit card account.
I received payment failure mail still the amount was been deducted this is confusing.
Then I called Samsung customer care and they told me that the refund will be done within 21 business days from 2nd Jan 2013.
But I have not received the refund I had opted for 3 EMIs out of which two are been charged.
I was been committed to get the refund within 21 days and today is 22nd Feb 2013 I have not got any kind of refund.
