Name of company/service: Aqua Soft Water Purifier

I had purchased water purifier from Aquasoft in Bhopal in Jan ’11. I have been informed by the company sale representative that Aqua soft offices are available all over India. Incase of relocation the service for water purifier un installation and installation at new place will be given by the company. However at the time I had relocated to Pune I have been informed that Pune is not having any office in the city and they can’t help. Till Than I am unable to use my water purifier as not assembled. Now unable to use this and my whole money is lost i.e 11000. The company has cheated me at the time of sale and my whole money got wasted with no resolution from the company end.

    We have ring so many times to your service team but they are not attending the Aqua Soft RO System so that we are drinking raw water. Your service after sell is very very poor.

    Very Very wrost bad service i feel cheted after purchasing of Aqua soft water purifire.
    We have purchased machine Feb 2013 after 20days machine get problem complaine has make several time but nobody bother about customer pain, i nnever ever seen worst service like company aquasoft.

    I had purchased r o water purifier in 2011 in Ranchi from Manoj Singh s and Lal Shahdeos franchisee after 2 years of use they start calling and pestering to take amc.i did not take and got repaired by paid charges now they are pestering and not repairing unless AMC taken.their person came uncalled for and purposefully with vested interest distorted RO part and it stopped working.they are brash arguing and telling to take AMC mr manoj singh and manager of franchisee is very discourteous.head office should intervene

    The services of AQUA SOFT WATER PURIFIER is very poor. Machine is not working and the service engineer Mr. Anwar is very rude and not listening to my complaint.

    I have ladged several complain under guarenty pd bt no action taken by care center. Every time told me that your service provider chandan upadhyay has been abondend the comp so azamgarh (u p) care center can’t provide free service during waranty pd. So its occured tn me your srvc is very very poor.

    aqua soft ka service bahut he kharab h 5 mahine se aqua soft ka office me call kr raha hu lekin waha se koi bhi staff servicing keliye nahi aata h..office me sare ke sare nikamme log baithe huye h…jo customers ki bat hi nahi sunte h.

    Ihave purchased aquasoft water purifier at satna(mp) it is regretted to say that i have not ever seen such worst service of any company in present era.my aquasoft unit is not working since last five days and costantly ringing on mobile nos 7509064041 and 7509064042 but still with no results. i hope any one will take care.

    two months before my aquasoft water purifier unit was out of order however the prcess of filterataion of water was very slow.the mechanic came and he said that a membrane which filter the water has completely blocked he changed the membrane and charged rs 2200 towards the cost of membrane. just after two months the process of filteration of water has again stopped is this the standard quality of spares replaced by your company? your employees are not providing any bill of purchased spares and it is regretted to say that the gaurantee card of new unit purchased has not been provided till date. your company says JO KARNA HO KARLO.

    fraud company hai . eske employ n hame cheet kiya. first RO Maine 3 sal pahle Anpara sonbhdra s lagwaya ussame bahut badi badi bate kiya. ek sal m koi service and check nahi kiya.fir sal pura hone pr yaha kaha ki sir 3600 ka ek sal ka repair and service le lijiye ham sab change karenge time to time and checkup bhi bas use samay carbon rod change kiya uske bad phone karne pr agency kahti ladke s bat kariye wo kahta ham ayenge pr ab 2sal ho gaya nahi aye .1sal pahle ghar PR Allahabad m Anpara wale k throw lagwaya wo allahabad agency s ladke ko masine le k bhejway us din rakh kar chala gaya agle din aya aur laga k chala gaya pr likeg tha phir call pr aya aur company s aa lar banay aur kaha purana laga tha sal bhar m kayi bar problem hua compane s jo aya wo yahi kaha pur part purna khrab laga tha so change kardiye lekin uske liye jimedar byakti pr koi karwayi nahi hua. so mai is compane s bahut dukhi ho gaya hua aur mai chahta gun koi bada officer mera liye jimedar byakti pr action le. mai tho kai logo ko pajle suggest kar lagwaya tha pr ab sab ko yahi kahunga ki bhul kar bhi n lagana.

    I have purchased RO water purifier from your dealer and there has smell in water I have lodged complaint to your dealer/service centre but not satisfactory response . In Jun RO machine got failed to work. Till date no technicians came to look the RO machine.

    worst service by Sarah Aquasoft. I make many complain about sarah aquasoft ro system but no one listen to me. I purchased ro water purifier 7 month ago. They told me 4 free services in a year but from last 7 months i don’t get a single service.
    Sarah Aquasoft Complain department is very bad.

    Worst corporate behaviour, of all employees, switched off their mobiles when it’s urgent, my ro is not working from last 5 days , continue I m following up with service provider, this is when I got an AMC, these people taking money but not reliable in terms of service and customer handling.     paid servicing done by your staff on 24/10/2017 of aqua soft r o but after servicing water leakage from upper portion. Now from yesterday it stopped working. Jamshedpur service centre now not responding. whenever calling they reject the phone. please do something.

    Bahut hi dukhi ke saath apko suchna karna pad raha hai ki apki company me kisi bhi prakar ki complain karne pr jaldi sunwai nai hoti aur hoti bhi hai to uske baad ye kaha jata ki aap par ehsan kar diyagaya machine banaker. Ab to ye haal hai ki complain karne par ye bola jata hai ki aapke yaha mchine bahutt kharab hota hai aap bahut complain karte hai. Machine nya lga diye phi bhi complain nai sun rahe hai.hum ab apki company ki purifier nai use karna cahte aur varanasi me jitna bhi jgah humare sampark me laga hai sabke yaha se hatwane ke liye bolenge.

    एक्वा सॉफ्ट के वाटर प्यूरीफायर सिस्टम से हम संतुस्ट नही है,सर्विस भी अच्छी नही है,बार बार कम्प्लेन करने पर भी कोई रिस्पांस नही मिलता,जो प्रोडक्ट है साल भर में कई बार खराब हो जाते है,इस कंपनी के प्रोडक्ट लेना यानी धोखा खाना है।
