On 10th feb i ordered a cake and pack of(ballons,candles,mask etc) but they delevered only the cake. They spoil the complete birthday party. Now I want the complete refund for their side. I registered a complaint but no response from the last two days. please look into this matter and help me ot get my complete money back. They are not even provide any complaint number so i can’t even see the status of my complaint or not replying of my mail.
