I had speed post my medical documents on 11.02.2013 vide docket no. EU381489094IN. But it has already taken 7 days but my medical Papers,Doctor’s prescription,X-ray report yet not deliever from Ghaziabad to Obra Distt Sonbhadra.My Speed post is very urgent coz of 2nd opinion from doctor and after that my opration will be done here at ghaziabad,it is the matter of my whole life.And Post office is not taken it seriously they are very casual with there work even reapted telephone call to Muradnagar Post office, Ghaziabad Post office, and allahabad POst office. Please help me for this matter.its very urgent
